This menu was replaced by an
updated dinner menu in July 2022 that:
- Removed the Carthay Shrimp Spring Roll, Mexican Caesar Salad, Chicken Pozole Soup and Sesame Soy Cold Water Salmon.
- Added the Chilled Shrimp, California Grilled Corn-Tomato Broth, Summer Tomato and Peach Salad and Citrus Glazed Salmon.
