Where Past Meets Present
Ever since it opened in 1966, this inviting sidewalk café has been serving up Cajun charm—along with a nostalgic menu of classic favorites.
While you’re there, take a gander at character displays from The Princess and the Frog—plus the original espresso machine that made Walt his favorite brew. You may even feel inspired to conclude your meal with a coffee in tribute.
The café is a dreamy spot to dine when the weather’s fine. Sit outside on the patio and enjoy picturesque views of the Mark Twain Riverboat and Sailing Ship Columbia gliding by on the Rivers of America.
Count on Our Monte Cristo
Adapted from the classic French croque-monsieur sandwich, this turkey, ham and Swiss cheese delight is dusted with powdered sugar and served with berry purée. Or try the meatless 3-cheese Monte Cristo made with Swiss, mozzarella and double-crème Brie. Each are served with garlicky parmesan Pommes Frites and Cajun spice rémoulade.
Other popular choices include creamy Chicken Gumbo, Shrimp and Grits, and Bourbon Street Chicken.
Be sure to enjoy a slice of Praline Cheesecake. No visit is complete without it!
