A Legendary Locale

Relax under a candy-striped umbrella and watch the world pass by—or unwind inside the Victorian-style dining room as waiters in vintage dress bustle past. The Carnation Café takes you on a trip to the turn-of-the-century with a nostalgic menu of delicious delights for breakfast, lunch or dinner.

Fried pickles anyone?

Good Old-Fashioned Grub

Begin your day right with some of the chef’s specialties: eggs Benedict, Mickey-shaped waffles, spinach and tomato egg white frittata or the all-American breakfast featuring 2 eggs any style, potatoes, toast and your choice of sausage links or hickory-smoked bacon. It’s the perfect way to kick off the day!

For lunch or dinner, tuck into loaded baked potato soup and a helping of delicious Parmesan-and-panko-coated fried pickles. Honor Walt’s memory and try one of his favorites: homemade meatloaf or chicken-fried chicken.

On the lighter side there’s spinach salad with grilled chicken, sustainable catch of the day and the chef’s vegan burger. Before you leave, don’t miss the delectable selection of house-made desserts!
